摘要

随着经济发展,企业对高度专业化人才的需要日益增加,研究生作为高学历人士自然而然受到重视。从培养目的来看,专业型硕士比学术型硕士更符合企业的要求。同时,拥有职业资格证书或接受过职业资格考试课程训练的求职人员越来越受到用人单位的认可和青睐。文章依据高校学科现状,提出以职业资格认证为导向,由此通过教学改革,对专业硕士研究生课程体系进行修改和完善,形成以职业资格为导向的专业型硕士研究生课程体系,促进专业型硕士研究生教育的发展,不断提高培养质量,以满足社会需求,同时也为本校和其他高校的研究生培养改革提供参考。
        With the development of economy, the demand for highly specialized talents is increasing,and graduate students are highly valued as highly educated people. From the perspective of training purposes, professional masters are more in line with corporate requirements than academic masters. Meanwhile,job seekers with vocational qualification certifications or who have taken vocational qualification examination courses are more and more recognized and favored by employers. Based on the current situation of the discipline in universities, this paper puts forward that the curriculum system of professional postgraduates should be modified and improved through the reform of teaching so as to form a professional postgraduate curriculum system oriented by professional qualification certifications, promote professional postgraduate education and improve the quality of professional postgraduates continuously,which may not only meet the needs of society but also provides a reference to our own university and other institutions of higher learning.
