摘要
探讨了高岭土质量分数、气凝胶质量分数、云母粉与Cr_2O_3比例对双层涂层织物热防护性能的影响。结果表明:高岭土质量分数为8%时,达到二级烧伤温度的时间最长,辐射热防护效果最好;气凝胶质量分数为9%时,达到二级烧伤温度的时间最长,辐射热防护效果最好;当云母粉与Cr_2O_3比例为1:2时,达到二级烧伤温度的时间最长,辐射热防护效果最好。
The influence of kaolin mass fraction, aerogel mass fraction, mica powder and Cr_2O_3 ratio on the thermal protective performance of double-coated fabric was discussed. The results showed that when the mass fraction of kaolin was 8 %, the second-degree burn temperature was reached for the longest time and the radiant thermal protective effect was the best; when the mass fraction of aerogel was 9 %,the second-degree burn temperature was reached for the longest time and the radiant thermal protective effect was the best; when the ratio of mica powder to Cr_2O_3 was 1:2, the second-degree burn temperature was reached for the longest time and the radiant thermal protective effect was the best.
