邵氏“五针法”对哮喘模型大鼠肺组织а-SMA及FN表达的影响

摘要
目的:探讨邵氏"五针法"对哮喘模型大鼠气道重塑的作用机制。方法:针刺治疗组选取哮喘模型大鼠的"肺俞"(双)"大椎""风门"(双)穴进行针刺治疗,药物治疗组选取地塞米松磷酸钠注射液进行腹腔注射,采用免疫组化法观察a-SMA、FN的表达。结果:针刺治疗组和药物治疗组经治疗后a-SMA、FN阳性表达减少,且针刺治疗组低于药物治疗组,其差异有统计学意义。结论:邵氏"五针法"不仅能够降低哮喘模型大鼠肺组织中a-SMA和FN的阳性表达,而且还能有效改善哮喘模型大鼠的症状和行为体征,说明邵氏"五针法"具有降低a-SMA、FN阳性表达、改善气道重塑的作用,这也是针刺治疗哮喘的作用机理之一。
Objective: To discuss Shao's Method of Wu Zhen to the mechanism of action of airway remodeling of asthma model rats. Methods: 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups,each group of 10. Acupuncture treatment group using acupuncture asthma model rats' Feng Shu( double),Da Zhui and Feng Men( double) hole for treatment. The drug therapy group selected by intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection for 0. 05%. Model control group and Blank control group don't do special treatment. Take a right lower lung tissues of rats after treatment. Detection of immunohistochemical staining of lung tissue in a-SMA、FN. To observe the expression in asthma model rats lung tissue.Results: Acupuncture treatment group and the drug therapy group after treatment reduced positive expression. Lower than that of drug group and acupuncture group. The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: Shao's Method of Wu Zhen can not only reduce asthma model rats lung tissue in a-SMA and positive expression of FN,but also can effectively improve symptoms and behavior symptoms of asthma model rats. Reduce a-SMA and FN,improve airway remodeling is Shao's Method of Wu Zhen action one way for the treatment of asthma.
