摘要
基于中华中医药学会中药临床药师培训基地的系列文件的要求,回顾总结我院肺病专业中药临床药师培训情况、带教模式、带教方法、经验和体会,分析存在的问题和持续改进的措施。在培训前规范培训计划,细化理论学习、临床实践技能培训、中药处方点评、中药饮片鉴定实践等各个环节的管理,强化以问题为导向的互动式教学和中药药历的书写,不断完善中药临床药师的培训带教模式。
Based on series documents on traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists training bases from China Association of Chinese Medicine,the training mode,teaching methods,experiences and key issues were summarized respectively,and then constant improvement measures were provided. Such measures as standardizing training plan before training,specifying theory study,training clinical practice skill,reviewing traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,identifying traditional Chinese medicines,strengthening interactive teaching based on problems and writing medication records of traditional Chinese medicines were performed in order to continuously improve the training and teaching modes for traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists.
