摘要
目的 :比较不同品种药用复合膜阻隔性能的优异和不同方法测试复合膜阻隔性能的差别。方法 :采用国家药包材标准中不同的检测方法对6种常用药用复合膜的阻隔性能进行测试,对结果进行比对。结果 :含铝复合膜的阻隔性能最好,镀铝复合膜次之,塑料复合膜阻隔性能较差。采用不同方法测试复合膜水蒸气透过量的值差别不大;不同方法测试镀铝复合膜氧气透过量的值没有影响,但测试含铝复合膜和塑料复合膜的结果有差别。结论 :优先选择高阻隔性能的含铝复合膜作为药品包装材料。
Objective: To compare the advantage on the barrier properties of different kinds of laminated films for pharmaceutical packaging,and difference of testing means.Methods: Tested and compared the barrier properties of six kinds of laminated films using different means according to the "State Standard of Drug Packaging Materials".Results: The barrier properties of aluminiferous laminated films were greatest,followed by aluminum plating laminated films,and the least plastic laminated films.The testing results of water vapor transmission did not affect with different methods.The results of oxygen transmission for aluminum plating laminated films did not affect with different methods.The results of aluminiferous laminated films and plastic laminated films had the differences.Conclusion: Aluminiferous laminated films which have excellent barrier properties will give preference to choose as pharmaceutical packaging materials.
