摘要
科氏力谐振传感器除能实现对流体质量流量进行精确测量外,还能对流体的密度、温度、体积流量及流体的黏度进行精确测定。该文主要对流体的质量流量、密度和黏度测量的数学模型进行分析,供此类传感器设计和应用时参考。
Coriolis force resonance transducers can measure the mass flow, and also determine the density, temperature, volume, and viscidity of flow accurately. This paper mostly analyzes the mathematical model of these parameters, and provides reference of design and application for this transducer.
