摘要
本文以培养学生具有发电厂变电站的操作、设计、应用及创新能力为目的,从调整授课顺序、整合教学内容、改进实验教学、引入工程设计、加强校企合作等方面展开教学改革研究,从教学资源库、教师专业能力、实验室、校外合作企业等方面的建设展开教学实践。经过两届学生的教学实践,达到了预期的效果,提高了学生工程设计的应用与创新能力,得到了实习企业的一致好评。
        The purpose of this paper is to train the operation, design, application and innovation ability of the power plant substation of the students,the study of teaching reform is carried out from the aspects of adjusting the teaching sequences, integrating the teaching content, improving the experimental teaching, introducing the engineering design, and strengthening the cooperation between the school and the enterprises,the teaching practice is carried out from the teaching resource library, the teachers' professional ability, the laboratory and the cooperation enterprises outside the school.After the training of two sessions students, it has achieved the expected effect, improved the application and innovation ability of engineering design of the students, and it is got the good praise from the practice enterprises.
