柠檬酸钠与腐殖酸分散剂复配性能研究

摘要
为了克服腐殖酸系水煤浆分散剂稳定性差、分散性弱的缺点,采用柠檬酸钠与腐殖酸分散剂进行复配,考察柠檬酸钠在不同用量的条件下对水煤浆的表观黏度、流动度、流变曲线、析水率、稳定性等的影响,得出了柠檬酸钠与腐殖酸分散剂的优化实验配方,实验研究结果表明,在腐殖酸分散剂的添加量为0.2%时,从水煤浆的流动性、表观黏度、流型、稳定性的角度考虑,柠檬酸钠的用量为0.03%。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of poor stability and weak dispersion of humic acidbased CWS dispersants, sodium citrate and humic acid dispersants were used for compounding to investigate the effect of sodium citrate on the performance of CWS at different dosages. Observing the effects of viscosity, fluidity, rheological curve, water diffusivity, stability, etc., an optimized experimental formulation of sodium citrate and humic acid dispersant was obtained. Experimental results show that the addition of humic acid dispersant, when the amount is 0.2%, the amount of sodium citrate is 0.03% from the viewpoint of the fluidity, apparent viscosity, flow pattern, and stability of the coal water slurry.
