摘要
采用有限元对汽车ECU支架进行频率响应CAE仿真分析,通过应力结果评估强度风险,并提供了优化方案,使支架最终方案满足强度性能要求,有效支持了支架的工程设计,为支架类零件的仿真分析提供了参考。
The frequency response analysis of the ECU bracket is performed based on finite element method. The strength risk is assessed based on the stress results of the ECU bracket. An optimization scheme is provided to meet the strength performance requirements. The results effectively support the engineering design and provide a reference for the simulation analysis of the same bracket components.
