摘要
基于车载充电器改善了电动汽车对充电桩的数量和分布范围的局限性,提出了利用电动汽车的驱动电路和电机电感,实现电池的整个充电过程。前级单相PWM电压变换器将市电转换成平稳的直流电,减小了电网侧电流谐波,实现功率因数校正;后级DC/DC变换器对电池提供以电压预定值的恒定最大电流充电过程。采用前后级两个双闭环和前馈控制更好地实现电网谐波补偿和负载电流补偿。仿真结果验证了系统的可实现性和算法的有效性。
        On-board charger breaks through the limitations of electric vehicles on the number and distribution of charging piles.This paper proposed a charging process of battery that utilizes the driving circuit of electric vehicle and the winding inductance of motor.The front-stage is a single-phase PWM voltage source converter(VSC),an AC supply is converted into a smooth DC power so as to reduce the current harmonics of grid and achieve PFC.In the back-stage,the DC-DC converter provides a maximum current constant voltage charging process of a predetermined value.Double-closed loop control of both front and back stages and feedforward control are adopted to better achieve the harmonic compensation of the power grid and current compensation of the load.The simulation results prove the validity of the proposed algorithm and the feasibility of the system.
