摘要
目的:优选香附候选标准饮片的均匀化工艺。方法:采用L9(3)4正交试验设计,以出粉率、粉末均匀性、浸出物、HPLC特征峰积分总面积和α-香附酮含量为指标,优选最佳均匀化工艺。结果:香附候选标准饮片最佳均匀化工艺为:按粉碎设备1/2容积投入香附原形饮片,粉碎3次,每次55 s。结论:该均匀化工艺条件合理,稳定性好,为制定香附候选标准饮片均匀化技术规范提供了依据。
Objective:To select and optimize the homogenizing process of candidate standard pieces of Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma). Methods:The optimal homogenization processing technology was investigated by orthogonal design,with the index of flour extraction rate,powder uniformity,the content of extract,integral total area of HPLC characteristic peak and content of α-cyperone. Results:The optimal processing technology was as follows:1/2 volume of the crushing equipment was filled with the original pieces of Xiangfu,which were smashed 3 times,55 seconds each time. Conclusion:The homogenization processing conditions are reasonably with good stability,which provide basis for technical specification of homogenizing candidate standard pieces of Xiangfu.
