摘要
2B循环水泵工频运行方式下,在高、低负荷不同时只能通过调节入口挡板来调节水量,调节性能差,造成大量电量损失。增加变频调速控制,通过水泵进出口水温实现对水泵电动机转速的线性调节,水量大小由电动机转速改变来控制。变频调速能够减轻电动机频繁启动对设备的损害,延长其使用寿命,同时优化电动机运行状态,大大提高水泵运行效率,起到降低水泵能耗率的目的。
Under the operation mode of 2 B circulating pump working feruency,the high or low load can only adjust the water volume by adjusting the inlet baffle.The performance is poor which resulting in a large amount of power loss.By increasing frequency conversion speed control,the inear adjustment of the motor speed of the pump can be realized through the circulation of the water temperature rise and the water volume is controlled by the change of the motor speed.Variable frequency speed regulation can reduce the damage of the motor frequency to the equipment and it can prolong it's service life.At the same time it can optimize the running state of the motor.It also can greatly improve the operation efficiency of the water pump and can reduce the energy consumption of the pump.
