摘要
为了研究绘画治疗对情绪障碍儿童自我意识的影响,文章以一名情绪障碍儿童为对象,采用个案研究法,依据绘画治疗的基本原理和方法结合个案的发展现状,进行了每周一次,共计7次绘画治疗。研究结果表明个案自我意识水平有较为显著的提高,尤其在自信、自我情感体验和自我认知方面。建议从为儿童提供的环境、设计的绘画活动主题、选择的绘画材料、解读儿童绘画作品等方面着手,促进情绪障碍儿童更好地进行心理康复和提升对环境的适应能力。
This case study is conducted on a child with emotional disorders, to probe into the influence of painting therapy on self-consciousness. Based on the basic principles and methods of painting therapy, and the present situation of the study object as well, painting therapy has been practiced for 7 weeks, once a week. The study results show that the object's self-consciousness has significant improvements, especially in confidence, emotional experience and self-cognition. Furthermore, it is advisable that psychological rehabilitation and adaptability to the surroundings are consequently promoted in terms of provided environment for the children, designed painting activity themes, chosen painting materials and interpreted paintings etc.
