全自动消解仪测定土壤重金属含量的方法改进

摘要
本法选用国家标准物质GBW07423、GBW07425、GBW07427为实验样品,测定其铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)四种元素的重金属含量。利用全自动消解仪对样品进行前处理,并进行自动稀释。在原有方法的基础上对消解过程中的加酸种类、加酸量、预加热、加热时间、稀释等进行了改进设置。实验表明,原方法变异系数范围为0.9~5.9,改进方法变异系数范围为0.7~4.7,在保证了准确度和精密度的基础上此法大大节省了批量土壤样品的消解时间,提高了消解效率;使样品受热更均匀,消解更完全;完全满足实验要求。
        This national standard substances GBW07423,GBW07425,GBW07427 as experimental samples,to determine the lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),copper(Cu)and chromium(Cr)four elements of heavy metal content. Using automatic instrument for samples pretreatment,and automatically diluted. On the basis of the original method to eliminate the plus acid type,and in the process of acid amount,pre heating,heating time and dilution is improved. Experiments show that the coefficient of variation of the range of 0.9-0.9 the original method,coefficient of variation range 0.7 4.7 improvement method,on the basis of ensures the accuracy and precision of this method greatly save the bulk soil sample digestion time,improve the efficiency of digestion;Make sample is heated more evenly,eliminate more completely;Fully meet the requirements.
