摘要
针对神华黄骅港务有限责任公司四期堆场单机行走轨道过长,单机行走编码器在长时间、长距离行走过程中产生误差无法自动校正的现象,根据堆场单机行走轨道的实际情况和单机的结构特点,给出了一种基于射频识别技术的行走编码器自动校正方法,实现了单机行走编码器的自动校正功能。
For the fact that the single-machine walking track of the phase Ⅳ storage yard of Shenhua Huanghua Port Co.,Ltd.is too long and the error of the single-machine walking encoder during long-time and long-distance walking cannot be automatically corrected,an automatic correction method of the walking encoder based on radio frequency identification technology is presented based on the actual situation of the single-machine walking track of the storage yard and the characteristics of the single-machine structure,which realizes the autocorrection function of the single-machine walking encoder.
