膝关节内侧副韧带损伤围手术期应用优质护理的效果

摘要
目的观察膝关节内侧副韧带损伤围手术期应用优质护理的效果。方法选择本院在2016年6月至2017年6月收治的膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者56例进行分组研究,按照摸球法分为对照组和实验组,各28例,对照组围手术期的护理方案为常规护理,实验组围手术期的护理方案为优质护理,比较两组膝关节功能恢复效果和并发症情况。结果实验组术后关节功能恢复良好率明显高于对照组,其并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间予以对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于膝关节内侧副韧带损伤围手术期,可显著改善关节功能,降低并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,值得在临床中进一步普及推广。
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of medial collateral ligament injury of the knee joint. Methods 56 patients with medial collateral ligament injury treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups the control group and the experimental group according to the touch ball method. Each group had 28 cases and the control group had perioperative procedures. The nursing program for the period was routine nursing. The perioperative nursing program for the experimental group was quality nursing. The recovery effects and complications of the knee joint function were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate of postoperative joint function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing in the perioperative period of the injury of the medial collateral ligament of the knee joint can significantly improve the joint function,reduce the incidence of complications, and shorten the recovery time, which is worthy of further popularization in clinical practice.
