摘要
汽车工业是我国国民经济的重要支柱产业,已连续多年产销居全球第一。在汽车生产过程中产生了大量工业废水和废气,尤其涂装生产工艺中排放的废水对环境污染程度非常大。有效而优质处理涂装工艺产生的废水,已成为所有汽车制造企业必须考虑的问题。本文将对汽车涂装生产工艺产生的废水进行处理工艺设计,通过项目运行后出水水质优于排放标准。
        Automobile industry is an important pillar industry of China's national economy, which has ranked first in the world in production and sales for many years. A large amount of industrial wastewater and exhaust gases are produced in the automobile production process, especially the wastewater discharged from the coating production process with a very high degree of environmental pollution. Effective and high-quality treatment of wastewater from coating process has become a problem that must be considered by all automobile manufacturers. In this paper, the waste water produced by the automobile coating production process is designed for treatment, and the effluent quality is better than the discharge standard after the project is put into operation.
