联用硼替佐米、地塞米松与沙利度胺治疗多发性骨髓瘤的效果评析

摘要

目的:分析联用硼替佐米、地塞米松与沙利度胺治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床效果。方法:从2016年3月至2018年3月期间在成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院肿瘤内科就诊的MM患者中选取52例患者为研究对象。将其随机分为研究组和对照组。采用常规的化疗方案对对照组患者进行治疗,联用硼替佐米、地塞米松与沙利度胺对研究组患者进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的临床疗效和用药不良反应的发生情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,研究组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其用药不良反应的总发生率较低,P <0.05。结论:联用硼替佐米、地塞米松与沙利度胺治疗MM的效果确切、安全性高。
        objective: to analyze the clinical effect of combined bortezomib, dexamethasone and thalidomide in the treatment of multiple myeloma(MM). Methods:from March 2016 to March 2018, 52 MM patients admitted to the department of oncology of chengdu longquanyi district first people's hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy, and patients in the study group were treated with bortezomib, dexamethasone and thalidomide, and then the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results:compared with the patients in the control group, the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher, and the total incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion: bortezomib, dexamethasone and thalidomide combined are effective and safe in the treatment of MM.
