摘要

脱垂性痔病是临床上较多发的肛肠疾病,中医对本病的治疗具有独特优势。王业皇教授强调本病应针对症状进行个体化治疗。魄门亦为五脏使,内治以升提举陷为主,注意攻补适宜,配合外用中药熏洗、热敷,当合并出血、血栓形成、嵌顿时可选择手术治疗。在术式创新上,王业皇教授提出PECSF分型标准,创制超声围扎悬吊术及选择性痔上粘膜切除吻合术,内外同治,药术并施,临床上取得了很好的疗效。
        Prolapsed hemorrhoids are clinically more anorectal diseases. Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease. Prof. Wang Yehuang emphasized that the disease should be treated individually for symptoms. The anus is also regulated by the five internal organs. The internal treatment is mainly for lifting and lifting. Attention should be paid to purgation and tonification. For external use,Chinese herbal medicines should be used for fumigation and hot phenol. When combined bleeding,thrombosis and incarceration,surgical treatment can be selected. In terms of surgical innovation,Prof. Wang Yehuang proposed the PECSF classification criteria,created Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation with surrounded suture and suspension( DGHAL with SSS) and tissue-selecting therapy stapler( TST). Appling internal and external treatment,comboning medicine and surgical treatment achieved good clinical results.
