摘要

刘渡舟认为柴胡桂枝干姜汤证的病机是胆热脾寒,肝脾失调;而肝郁脾虚是乳癖形成的主要病机。基于此,临床用柴胡桂枝干姜汤辨证治疗乳癖取得了良好的疗效。
        Professor l IU Du-zhou believed that the pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction was gallbladder heat and spleen cold,liver and spleen imbalance. Liver depression and spleen deficiency are the main pathogenesis of lactophilia. Based on this,the clinical use of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction for the treatment of lactophilia has achieved good results.
