江苏省居住建筑能耗指标研究

摘要
本研究通过分析江苏省现行的居住建筑阶梯电价和气价制度,结合《民用建筑能耗标准》中对综合电耗指标约束值和燃气消耗指标约束值的确立方法,推算出了适宜于江苏省的居住建筑能耗指标。江苏省综合电耗指标约束值和燃气消耗指标约束值分别为3100 kW·h/(a·H)和240 m~3/(a·H)。综合电耗指标可以拆分为基础电耗指标和空调电耗指标,各对应的约束值分别为2240 kW·h/(a·H)和860kW·h/(a·H)。该能耗指标的确定对江苏省居住建筑能耗总量控制具有重要意义。
This study analyzed the existing ladder electricity price and gas price system applied in residential buildings in Jiangsu province, combined with method introduced in the national standard for energy consumption of building. The constraint values of comprehensive power consumption index and gas consumption index in Jiangsu province were given, which were 3100 kW·h/(a·h) and 240 m~3/(a·h), respectively. The comprehensive power consumption index was divided into the basic power consumption and air conditioning power consumption, which were 2240 kW·h/(a·H) and 860 kW·h/(a·H), respectively. These energy consumption index is of great significance to the total energy consumption control of residential buildings in Jiangsu province.
