富血小板血浆在毛发再生中的应用

摘要
富血小板血浆(PRP)是一种来源于自体血液的高浓度血小板血浆,PRP中血小板含量是正常人血液的4～5倍,含有各种丰富的生长因子。PRP具有减少术中出血、促进伤口愈合和毛发再生的作用。近年来,PRP在颌面外科、骨外科、整形外科、修复及重建外科等领域得到广泛应用。本文就PRP的制备和激活、作用机制、在毛发再生中的应用和当前存在的问题及在该领域未来应用的展望作一综述。
