出血性脑卒中患者出院指导质量的调查研究

摘要
目的调查分析出血性脑卒中患者出院指导质量,为满足患者出院后自我护理需求提供参考。方法采用横断面调查法,使用出院指导质量量表调查四川省3所三级甲等综合医院神经外科219例出血性脑卒中患者的出院指导质量。结果出院指导质量总分为(126.27±25.33)分;指导技巧及效果维度得分为(86.63±15.49)分;获得内容维度得分低于需要内容维度[(39.64±12.33)分vs.(45.89±8.58)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院指导质量处于中等水平,出院指导内容尚不能满足患者需求,出院指导技巧和效果有待提高。
Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of discharge teaching for patients with hemorrhagic stroke,and in order to provide references for self-care needs of patients after discharge.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the discharge teaching quality of 219 patients with hemorrhagic stroke in 3 first grade hospitals in Sichuan province.Results The total score of the quality of discharge teaching was(126.27±25.33)points.The dimension score of teaching skill and effect was(86.63±15.49)points.The total score of the content received was significantly lower than that of content needed,there was statistically significant difference [(39.64±12.33)points vs.(45.89±8.58)points,P<0.05].Conclusion The quality of discharge teaching is at a moderate level.The contents of discharge teaching can not meet the needs of patients,and the skills and effects of discharge teaching need to be improved.
