基于共生理论的高校网络舆情导控研究——模型构建及实证分析

摘要
近些年高校突发事件频发,由此生成的高校网络舆情给涉事高校造成了极大的负面影响,因此如何科学有效地对高校网络舆情进行导控对于维护高校的和谐稳定而言意义重大。在对近十年高校网络舆情导控现有文献计量分析的基础上,得出当前的研究热点及主题变化趋势,并进一步总结当前研究方法存在的不足。鉴于此,引入生态学中的共生理论,构建基于高校、媒体等多主体协同的高校网络舆情导控模型,并通过两起高校舆情事件进行对比论证。进而得出:高校网络舆情的有效导控需要树立各共生单元有效协同的舆情导控共生理念,构建互惠共生的舆情导控共生模式以及营造多主体协同的舆情导控共生环境。
In recent years, there have been frequent incidents in colleges and universities, and the resulting network sensation of colleges and universities has caused great negative impact on colleges and universities.Therefore, how to scientifically and effectively guide and control the network public opinion in colleges and universities is of great significance for maintaining the harmony and stability of colleges and universities. major. On the basis of the existing bibliometric analysis of the network public opinion control in colleges and universities in the past ten years, the current research hotspots and the theme change trends are obtained, and the shortcomings of the current research methods are further summarized. In view of this, the symbiosis theory in ecology is introduced,and the network public opinion control model based on the multi-agent collaboration of universities and media is constructed, and the two public opinion events are compared and demonstrated. Furthermore, it is concluded that the effective guidance and control of university network public opinion needs to establish the sympathetic guiding symbiosis concept of effective coordination of various symbiotic units, construct a symbiotic sympathetic model of mutual symbiosis and create a sympathetic guiding symbiotic environment with multi-agent synergy.
