摘要

分析了全民健康信息化建设面临的数据相关问题,结合数据治理相关研究和方法,介绍了国家全民健康保障信息化工程一期项目建设的数据治理实践内容,提出全民健康信息平台医疗健康数据治理框架和实施路径,为各级区域全民健康信息平台建设和医疗卫生机构信息化建设提供参考。
        Combined with relevant research and methods of data governance, this paper analyzes the data related problems faced by the national health Informatization construction, introduces the content of data governance practice of the first phase of the national health Informatization project construction, and puts forward the medical health data governance framework and implementation path of the national health information platform. It provides reference for the construction of regional health information platform and the informatization construction of health institutions at all levels.
