基于移动远程平台的ICU探视模式的应用分析

以上海市胸科医院为研究对象,构建了新型的移动远程探视ICU系统,选取不同探视模式下的两组患者作为观察组与对照组,通过患者的焦虑程度、家属满意度及医护人员投诉率等参考指标,对两组的统计数据进行实证分析。结果表明,新型的移动远程ICU探视应用模式提升了患者及家属的满意度,减少了医护人员的工作量,具有实际的应用价值。
Taking Shanghai Chest Hospital as the research object, a new ICU mobile remote visiting system was constructed. Two groups of patients under different visiting modes were selected as the observation group and the control group. The statistical data of the two groups were empirically analyzed through reference indicators such as patients' anxiety level, family satisfaction and complaint rate of medical staff. The results show that the new mobile remote ICU visit application mode improves the satisfaction of patients and their families, and reduces the workload of medical staff, which has practical application value.
