洁净手术室送风系统污染应急处置技术研究

摘要
目的研究洁净手术室送风系统受到污染后应急处置技术,确保手术室继续运行和医疗活动正常开展。方法利用受污染手术室现有的房间和设备,建立新的送风系统,将受污染手术室改造成一个换气次数在12次/h左右的普通手术室。结果改造后的手术室符合《医院消毒卫生标准》Ⅱ类环境要求,常规监测表明在静态及动态条件下,沉降菌、尘埃粒子和浮游菌等指标均符合要求。结论改造后手术室能够快速解决医院因手术室污染导致的手术室停用问题。该方法可以用于洁净手术室系统污染后的应急处置。
Objective To study emergency response technology when air supply system of a clean operating room was contaminated,and to ensure the clean operating room continue to run and to carry out medical activities properly. Methods We changed the contaminated clean operating room to a general operation room with a ventilation frequency of 12 times per hour. Results Indicators of microorganisms,cleanliness,temperature and humidity detected could meet the requirement of transformed operation room according with the requirement of class-Ⅱ environment in Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals. Conclusion The transformed operation room can quickly solve the breakdown of operation room due to pollution.This method can be used for emergency response when a clean operating room is contaminated.
