摘要
目的:探讨刺激转录因子Nrf2信号通路,调节肌体抗氧化、促还原的药食中药,确定药名。方法:采用中国期刊全文专题数据库(CNKI)等以关键词"转录因子Nrf2""中药筛选""文献分析"进行检索,按照纳入和排除标准筛选2004-2014年公开发表的文献,用Excel2007创建文献题录库,存储、提取数据;建立文献计量统计分析与多指标评价相结合的方法:抗氧化,影响Ⅱ相解毒酶与蛋白激酶(GST、UGT、NQO1、GSH、ERK、JNK)活性,刺激Nrf2诱导Ⅱ相解毒酶表达,比较中药刺激Nrf2的强弱。结果:纳入符合要求的文献共计57篇,包括中药28种,化合物40种,疾病16种。结论:筛选出22种与指标评价相符的药物,其中刺激Nrf2诱导Ⅱ相解毒酶表达最强的中药为姜黄、洋甘菊、红车轴草。
Objective: To explore the signal pathway of stimulate transcription factor Nrf2, regulating the body antioxidant,promoting the reduction of medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine, and making sure the drug name. Methods: "tran-scription factor Nrf2", "Chinese medicine screen" and "literature analysis" were used as keywords to retrieve by using China journal full-text database(CNKI), et al. According to include and exclude standards, the published literatures were selected during 2004-2014. To create literature documents, storage and extract the data using Excel 2007, and establish method through qualitative analysis combined with multi-index evaluations: oxidation,influence Ⅱ detoxifying enzymes and protein kinase(GST, UGT, NQO1, GSH, ERK and JNK) activity,stimulate Nrf2 induction Ⅱ detoxifying enzyme expression, and compare the strength of the traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate the Nrf2. Results: According to the requirement references,57 literatures were included, including 28 kinds of Chinese medicine, 40 kinds of compounds, and 16 kinds of disease. Con-clusion: There were 22 kinds of drugs screened,which were matching the index evaluation, and the strongest expression of tra-ditional Chinese medicine for the stimulus Nrf2 induction Ⅱ phase detoxifying enzyme are turmeric, chamomile and trifolium pratense.
