腹腔镜胃癌根治术与开腹胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌患者的临床效果研究

摘要

目的对比腹腔镜胃癌根治术和开腹胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌患者的临床效果。方法将该院于2015年5月—2018年5月收治的90例胃癌患者分为腹腔镜组36例,开腹组54例,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量等各项指标进行比较分析。结果腹腔镜组的术中出血量为(169±164)mL、开腹组的术中出血量(275±203)mL,优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.61,P<0.05),腹腔镜组的手术时间、住院时间以及住院总费用均低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率腹腔镜组为16.7%、开腹组为18.5%(χ~2=0.05,P>0.05),术中淋巴结清扫数目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术可作为早期胃癌治疗的有效、安全、微创的手术方法推广应用。
        Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and open radical gastrectomy for patients with early gastric cancer. Methods 90 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were divided into laparoscopic group(36 cases) and open group(54 cases). The operation time and intraoperative blood loss and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the laparoscopic group was(169±164)mL, and the intraoperative blood loss(275±203)mL in the open group was better than that in the open group(t=2.61, P<0.05). The operation time, hospitalization time and total hospitalization cost of the lens group were lower than those of the open group(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate was 16.7% in the laparoscopic group and 18.5% in the open group(χ~2=0.05, P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissections during the operation(P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can be used as an effective, safe and minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of early gastric cancer.
