摘要

目的:比较用两种结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的效果。方法:将2015年7月至2018年5月期间安岳县人民医院收治的100例结直肠癌患者平均分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行开腹结直肠癌根治术,对观察组患者进行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术。然后比较两组患者切除肿瘤的直径、清扫淋巴结的数量、手术的时间、术中的出血量、术毕至排气的时间、术毕至排便的时间、住院的时间及术后并发症的发生率。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术中的出血量较少(P <0.05),其手术的时间较长(P <0.05),其术毕至排气的时间、术毕至排便的时间及住院的时间均较短(P <0.05),其术后并发症的发生率较低(P <0.05)。两组患者切除肿瘤的直径、清扫淋巴结的数量相比,P>0.05。结论:与用开腹结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的效果相比,用腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的效果更为理想。
        Objective: To compare the efficacy of two radical resection for colorectal cancer. Methods: from July 2015 to May 2018, 100 colorectal cancer patients admitted to anyue people's hospital were divided into control group and observation group on average. Patients in the control group were treated with open radical surgery for colorectal cancer, and patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer. Then, the diameter of tumor resection, number of lymph nodes dissected, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative defecation time, hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss(P < 0.05), longer operation time(P < 0.05), shorter postoperative exhaust time, postoperative defecation time and hospital stay time(P < 0.05), and lower incidence of postoperative complications(P < 0.05). Compared with the diameter of tumor resection and the number of lymph nodes dissected in the two groups, P > was0.05. Conclusion: laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer is more effective than open radical resection for colorectal cancer.
