探讨复方丹参滴丸对高原低氧多器官组织病理改变的影响

摘要
目的分析复方丹参滴丸对高原低氧多器官组织病理改变的影响,观察其临床治疗效果。方法收集我院在2013年8月至2017年8月收治的98例高原低氧多器官组织病理改变患者,将其按照治疗手段的不同,分为对照组(49例,仅采取吸氧和对应常规药物治疗)和观察组(49例,在对照组治疗基础上使用复方丹参滴丸治疗),对两组患者的治疗效果进行收集和分析。结果 (1)两组患者治疗效果分析:所有患者在发病期间均出现了心悸、头晕、头痛、消化不良和胸闷等症状,但在治疗后均有一定缓解,观察组的缓解率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组患者治疗安全性对比:两组在治疗后均出现了胃部不适、发热的并发症,但两组并发症率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对高原低氧多器官组织病理改变患者实施临床治疗时,通过在常规治疗的基础上使用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗可显著改善其临床症状,同时在治疗期间的安全性较高,有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the pathological changes of multiple organs and tissues in high altitude hypoxia, and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Ninety-eight patients with high altitude hypoxic multiple organ histopathological changes admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to August 2017 were collected. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(49 cases, only taking oxygen inhalation and corresponding routine drug treatment) and observation group(49 cases, using compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills on the basis of the treatment of the control group). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results(1) Analysis of the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients: All patients developed symptoms such as palpitations, dizziness, headache, dyspepsia and chest tightness during the onset of the disease, but all of them were relieved after treatment. The remission rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2) The safety of the two groups of patients: the two groups showed stomach discomfort after treatment. Complications of fever, but the complication rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with high altitude hypoxic multiple organ pathological changes, the use of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve their clinical symptoms. At the same time, it has high safety during the treatment period and has high clinical value.
