摘要
桥梁单梁静载试验是鉴定单片预制梁施工质量是否达到设计要求、能否正常使用投入运营的一个重要检测手段。结合工程实例,介绍了其试验方法及步骤,通过检测数据结果反映预制梁裂缝发展趋势,并采用全跨中断面进行裂缝监控,为后续静载试验再度出现类似情况进行定性分析并加强裂缝监控。
Static load test is an important means of detection to determine whether the quality of the precast beam could reach design requirements and could be used for the project. In this paper,being combined with the engineering example,the test methods and procedures have been described,with the development trends of reflecting cracks in the precast beams being reflected through the test data results and cracking monitoring of full-span middle section,qualitative analysis could be carried out for the re-emergence of a similar situation of follow-up static load test,with the cracks monitoring being strengthened.
