“新住宅”的适老化空间整合改造分析

摘要
我国正面临着日益严重的老龄化问题,与此同时,商品房的大量出现,"新住宅"是老年人居住生活的最主要部分,所以"新住宅"的适老化改造显得越来越重要。文章主要针对"新住宅"提出适老化整合改造方法的分析。文章首先对目前"新住宅"中在空间方面适老化设计现状问题按空间分类进行分析,然后提出适老化空间整合改造措施。带着对老年人的尊重与关爱与改造,努力营造一个温馨舒适的老年生活环境。
Faced with the growing problem of aging, at the same time, with the emergence of a large number of commercial housing, these "new houses" are the most important part of the living environment of the elderly, so the aging design of the "new house" is becoming more and more important.This article is aimed at " the new house" and propose an aging transformation analysis. This article first asks and analyzes the current status questions of aging design in the "new house", and then proposes aging transformation measures. With the original intention of respect and care for the elderly, we will create a comfortable and warm old-age living environment.
