摘要

通过湖南省本科学院女子组田径耐力性项目探究,可以了解湖南本科学院女子组田径耐力性项目竞技能力的构成,通过运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,对影响女子组田径耐力性项目竞技能力的主要因素进行了调查和分析,旨在分析研究湖南省本科学院女子组田径耐力性项目在身体形态、身体机能、技战术、心理能力等方面的差异,找出湖南省本科学院女子组田径耐力性项目在竞技能力上的特点,以及影响我省本科学院女子组田径耐力性项目运动员竞技能力的主要因素。
        This paper discusses the performance composition of college female athletic ability in Hunan province.And through the use of questionnaire survey,literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,comparative analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the main factors influencing the athletic ability of female athletes.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the differences in body shape,body function,technical tactics and psychological ability among female athletes,to find out the characteristics of the athletic ability of the women's undergraduate course in Hunan province and the main factors that affect the athletic performance.
