橡胶粉改性沥青老化性能研究

摘要
采用3种老化试验方法模拟橡胶粉改性沥青老化过程,系统评价了在不同条件下3种橡胶粉改性沥青老化性能的差异,并通过红外光谱分析了老化过程对橡胶粉改性沥青分子结构的影响。结果表明,橡胶粉改性沥青在老化后软化点升高,针入度降低;不同类型橡胶粉改性沥青,老化规律基本一致,但老化后的性能存在一定差异。红外光谱分析显示,橡胶粉改性沥青在老化前后的分子结构变化主要是羰基吸收峰的变化,RTFOT老化对橡胶粉改性沥青官能团的影响比较明显。由于橡胶粉脱硫过程中已引入较多带羰基或羧基的极性基团,脱硫橡胶粉改性沥青在老化前后红外图谱中的羰基吸收峰差异很小,其抗老化性能也相对较好。
        Three kinds of aging experimental methods are used to simulate the aging process of crumb rubber modified asphalt. The different performance of three kinds of crumb rubber modified asphalt on aging behavior was evaluated in different conditions,and the influence of aging process on molecular structure was analyzed by IR. The results show that the soft point will be enhanced and the penetration will be decreased associated with aging process of crumb rubber modified asphalt. For different kinds of crumb rubber modified asphalt,the aging rule is similar and the performance is different after aging.Infrared spectra analysis showed that the change of molecular structure of crumb rubber modified asphalt after aging is mainly from the carbonyl absorption peak,and the RTFOT aging test has greater influence on crumb rubber modified asphalt functional group. Because more polar groups with carbonyl or carboxyl were introduced in the desulfurization process of the crumb rubber,the difference of the carbonyl peaks before and after aging for the devulcanized crumb rubber modified asphalt in the IR spectra are very small,so its anti-aging performance is better.
