摘要
文章对舱底声学探测设备的类型、功能、综合布置及安装要素做了较为深入的介绍,通过分析舱底声学探测设备的系统组成,明确设备各部分在系统中所实现的功能,使设计人员对系统有完整的认知。深入设备中关键部件(包括舱底换能器、电气控制系统、表层声速系统等)的设计要求,明确舱底换能器布置位置、表面声速仪采水布置位置等关键设计要素。同时,针对设备安装,厘清安装工艺工序,明确安装要素和精度要求,并着重强调声学探测设备安装后偏置测量的重要性及具体测量关系,为今后设计和建造新型海洋综合科考船系提供相关参考。
        The types, function, overall layout and installation elements of the bottom acoustic detection equipment are described in depth. By analyzing the system composition of ship acoustic detection equipment and clarifying the functions realized by the various parts of the equipment in the system, the designer has a complete understanding of the system. It also goes into the design requirements of key components in the equipment,including bilge transducers, electrical control systems, surface sound speed systems, and identifies key design elements such as the position of the bilge transducer and the location of the surface sonicator. Meanwhile, for the installation of the equipment, the installation process is clarified, the installation elements and accuracy requirements are clarified, and the importance of the deviation measurement after the installation of the acoustic detection equipment and the specific measurement relationship are emphasized. It provides reference for designing and constructing the new comprehensive scientific research ship in the future.
