基于雅申理论的混凝土模板侧压力计算模型及实验研究

摘要
为提高模板侧压力计算的准确性和可靠性,进行了新浇混凝土侧压力实验,并将实测数据与不同规范计算值进行了对比分析。基于雅申理论建立了新浇混凝土侧压力计算模型,推导了新浇混凝土模板侧压力计算公式,并通过实测值进行了验证。研究表明:采用现行规范计算新浇混凝土侧压力不仅离散性较大,而且存在一定的安全隐患;而基于雅申理论建立的模板侧压力模型不仅能较准确地预测新浇混凝土侧压力,而且计算值与实测值相比离散性小,可靠性高。
        To improve the accuracy and reliability of the calculation of concrete-formwork lateral pressure, a series of pressure test were carried out. The test data and the calculated value of different specifications were analyzed in the way of comparison. Then, a calculation model for concrete formwork lateral pressure was established based on Janssen theory and a calculation formula was derived. The reliability of the formula was proved by the experimental data. Research showed that there exist some potential safety problems as well as large dispersion in formwork lateral pressure calculated by the current codes. The model proposed can more accurately predict the lateral pressure with high reliability and lower dispersion when compared with the test value.
