摘要

习近平对新时代如何推进全面依法治国作出了十个新判断、十个新观点,并采取了八个新举措,具有更加重视法律实施、更加重视党对依法治国的领导、更加重视以从严治党促进依法治国等鲜明的时代特点。习近平关于全面依法治国的论述不仅丰富了马克思主义的法治理论,更为建设中国特色社会主义法治国家提供了理论支撑、智力保证和行动纲领,也为发展中国家的法治现代化提供了中国智慧。
        Xi Jin-ping made ten new judgments, developed ten new ideas, and adopted eight new measures on how to promote the comprehensive rule of law in the new era, attaching more importance to the implementation of law, the party's leadership over the rule of law, strictly administering the party to promote the rule of law and other distinctive characteristics of the times.Xi Jin-ping's speeches on comprehensively governing the country by law not only enriched the Marxist theory of the rule of law, but provided theoretical support, intellectual guarantee and action program for establishing socialist rule of law in China with Chinese characteristics, and provided Chinese wisdom for the modernization of the rule of law in developing countries.
