考虑悬臂板贡献的箱梁约束扭转效应研究

摘要
箱梁在约束扭转时悬臂板会承受一定的剪应力,但在计算过程中却没有充分考虑悬臂板对约束扭转的贡献。本文基于梁理论的扭转分析对箱梁约束扭转的计算公式进行了修正,并充分考虑了悬臂板对约束扭转的贡献。对比分析了按修正前后2种方式计算的翘曲应力之间的差别,研究了结构参数对箱梁约束扭转的影响。结果表明:考虑悬臂板的翘曲应力比未考虑时大,尤其是在集中荷载作用下,考虑悬臂板后的翘曲正应力增加了27%,翘曲剪应力增加了63.7%;在集中扭矩作用处,箱梁的约束扭转力矩和翘曲双力矩很大,而且衰减很快,导致集中扭矩作用处的箱梁截面产生很大的翘曲应力;高跨比、高宽比、宽厚比等设计参数对箱梁的约束扭转有一定的影响,总体规律是约束扭效应随着高跨比的增大而增大,随高宽比的增大而减小,随宽厚比的减小而减小。
        The cantilever slab of box girder will bear a certain shear stress when restrained torsion happened,but the contribution of cantilever slab to restrained torsion is not fully considered in the calculation process. Based on the torsion analysis of beamtheory,the calculation formula for restrained torsion of box girder was corrected in this paper,the contribution of cantilever slab to restrained torsion was fully considered. The differences of the warping stresses calculated in two ways before and after correction were compared and analyzed,and the influence of structural parameters on the restrained torsion of box girder was analyzed. The results showthat considering the warping stress of cantilever plate is larger than that of unconsidered,especially under the concentrated load,the warping normal stress and the warping shear stress are increased by 27% and 63. 7% respectively. The restrained torsional moment and the warping double moment of box girder are very large and decay quickly under the concentrated torque,and the section of box girder at the position of concentrated torque will produce a large warping stress.The design parameters of height span ratio,height width ratio,width thickness ratio have a certain influence on the restrained torsion of box girder.The general rule is that the restrained torsion effect increases with the increase of height span ratio,decreases with the increase of height width ratio,and decreases with the decrease of width thickness ratio.
