医患沟通培养在血液内科实习教学中的意义

摘要
目的:探讨医患沟通技巧培训对血液内科实习医师的影响。方法:对照组进行传统入科教育及医学技能培训,改革组除进行传统培训外,还进行医患沟通技能培养。结果:接受医患沟通的实习医生较未接受培训的实习医生能更好地与患者建立信任关系(P=0.005),更好地采集信息(P<0.001),更好地向患者解释疾病(P<0.001),最终达到提高患者满意度的目的。结论:医患沟通培养在医学生教育中是有必要的。
Objective: To investigate the effects of patient communication skills training for Hematology practice physicians.Methods: The control group of traditional medicine into the division of education and skills training, reform groups in addition to traditional training, but also be patient communication skills training. Results: The patient communication interns accepted than those without trained interns to better establish a trust relationship with patients(P = 0.005), and better information collection(P < 0.001), and better explain the disease to the patient(P < 0.001), and ultimately to improve patient satisfaction purposes. Conclusion: The doctor-patient communication training in the education of medical students is necessary.
