摘要
为有效降低楼房爆破拆除塌落振动对周边设施的影响,提出一种基于剪切破碎和挤压冲击原理的分块斜线起爆网路。该网路是在楼房的空间上将横向、纵向和垂向划分为若干个区域,区域间前后、左右和上下分别设计延时时间,使得楼房在爆破过程中实现空中扭曲、拉扯和剪切,立柱、梁和楼板弯曲变形,先后受到剪切、挤压和冲击破坏而充分解体,降低塌落振动。将分块斜线起爆网路试用于江西省原省政府建设大厦拆除爆破中,成功地完成了建设大厦拆除爆破工程,取得了良好效果。经振动检测和爆堆实测结果得知,通过"时差"和"高差"使楼房分跨依次起爆触地,解体充分,爆破振动和塌落振动降低效果明显。该网路值得推广使用。
        In order to reduce the effects of building blasting demolition vibration on surrounding facilities,a block oblique line firing circuit is presented based on the principle of extrusion and impact.The firing circuit is divided into several regions on the floor of the building horizontally,vertically and vertically.Difference time delay is designed in the area of front and back,left and right,and up and down.This allows the building to achieve air twisting,pulling and shearing during the blasting.This can make the column,beam and slab bending deformation,shearing,compression and impact have been destroyed and disintegrated fully,reduce the collapse vibration.The block oblique line firing circuit is applied to the blasting demolition project of the Jianshe Building of the former provincial government of Jiangxi Province.The demolition blasting project of the building is successfully completed and good results are achieved.The vibration detection and the muck piles actual measured results show that through the "time difference" and " height difference",the buildings are separated in succession to detonate the touchdown,disintegrated fully,blasting vibration and collapse vibration reduction effect is obvious,the regions oblique line firing circuit is worth popularizing.
