摘要
针对待爆南昌市青山湖宾馆主楼为高配筋楼房,其刚性大、爆破难度大、解体困难等问题,提出了由南向北的定向控制爆破倒塌方案。根据待爆楼房配筋高、刚性大的特点,选择2根典型代表性配筋立柱KJZ26(劲性柱)、KJZ19(双层配筋)进行试爆和预处理,取得合理的爆破参数,以达到楼房顺利倒塌目的:割断立柱局部钢筋,削弱其强度;提高炸药单耗,使钢筋产生塑性变形并抛出混凝土块,最终失去支撑作用。采用的分块斜线起爆网路使楼房爆破后实现空中剪切、弯曲和挤压,改善解体效果,缩短倒塌距离;将楼房分为4跨,分区逐跨落地技术能够有效降低塌落振动。采用后2排双轴支撑链的后支撑链前移技术能够有效防止楼房下坐和后坐。结果表明,爆破效果良好,达到了预期目标。
        In response to the problem that the main building of the Qingshan Lake Hotel in Nanchang City to be detonated is a high-reinforced building,the problem of large rigidity,difficulty in blasting,and difficulty of dismantling was put forward.The directional control blasting collapse plan from south to north was proposed.According to the characteristics of high reinforcement and rigidity of the buildings to be blasted,two typical representative reinforcement columns KJZ26(rigid columns)and KJZ19(double reinforcement)were selected for test explosion and pretreatment to obtain reasonable blasting parameters.To achieve the goal of smooth collapse of the building:the partial column steel reinforcement cuts off the column and weakens its strength;raises the explosive consumption,causes the plastic deformation of the steel bar and throws out the concrete block,and finally loses the supporting effect.The block diagonal priming initiation network enables buildings to achieve air shearing,bending and squeezing after blasting,improving the disintegration effect and shortening the collapse distance.By dividing the building into four spans,the partition-by-span landing technology can effectively reduce the collapse vibration.The rear support chain advancement technology using the rear two rows of biaxial support chains caneffectively prevent the buildings from sitting and receding.The results show that the blasting effect is good and the expected goal has been achieved.
