现阶段我国食品安全问题产生的原因和防治对策

摘要
食品问题是人们最为关心的问题,只有食品安全得到保障,人类安全才能得以保障。近年来,虽然食品种类丰富,但是其安全性还有待提高,尤其是最近发生的一系列食品安全事件,让"放心吃"变成了一种奢侈。鉴于此,政府及其有关部门应高度重视食品安全问题,从源头保障食品安全。本文将围绕食品安全问题,着重论述了我国食品安全问题的产生原因,并提出了防治对策,希望对业内外人士有所帮助和指导。
The problem of food is the most concern of the people, only guaranteeing food safety, people security can be guaranteed. In recent years, although food types are rich and diverse, their safety still needs to be improved. In particular,a series of recent food safety incidents have made "safe eating" a luxury. In view of this, the government and relevant departments should attach great importance to food safety issues and ensure food safety at the source. This paper focused on the food safety problems in China, focusing on the causes of food safety problems, and put forward some prevention and control measures, hoping to help and guide the industry insiders.
