摘要
近代中国的民族工商业在长期的实践中,沉淀了丰富的管理思想,其在员工激励方面的做法,具有跨时代的借鉴意义。文章基于大生纱厂和荣氏企业这两个具有代表性的近代民族工商企业员工激励方式的做法进行描述和对比分析,反思总结出对当代员工激励的建议。
In the long-term practice of national industry and commerce in modern China, rich management thoughts have been precipitated, and its practice in employee incentive has cross-era reference significance. Based on the description and comparative analysis of two representative ways of employee motivation in modern national industrial and commercial enterprises, Dasheng Yarn Factory and Rongshi Enterprise, this paper summarizes some suggestions on employee motivation.
