实用主义视角下谈中美领导人面临的机遇——保护网络威胁下的金融稳定

美国总统特朗普对华发起贸易战后中美关系进入低谷,然而作者以为,在当前的全球政治环境下,中美领导人面临着一个共同的机遇,即保护网络威胁下的金融稳定。作者在文中介绍了一些国家和国际组织在该问题上的应对举措,并以中美在2015年签订的合作协议为基础分析了中美合作的机遇与挑战。考虑到中美双方的共同利益和共同影响力,作者认为美国和中国有机会主动采取措施减轻全球金融风险。
The bilateral relationship entered a trough period after U.S. president Donald Trump waging a trade war toward China, however, the author believes that the leaders of China and the U.S. are facing a corporate opportunity under the current global political climate, that is protecting the financial stability under the threat of malicious cyber activities. Some countries and international organizations have responded to this issue, which the author analyze in this paper with the opportunities and challenges of Sino-US cooperation based on the agreement signed between China and the U.S. in 2015. Considering the common interests and common influence of China and the U.S. on the international aspect, the author believes that America and China have opportunities to take steps to mitigate global financial risks.
