摘要
编制外用工是高校劳动关系的重要组成部分,主要形式包括人事代理、劳务派遣和其他临时用工等。多元化的用工形式使得高校劳动关系更加复杂,对高校编制外人员的薪酬管理提出了更高要求。本文在激励理论的基础上,通过完善学校规章制度、建立合理薪酬制度、优化社会保障福利等角度促进和完善高校与编外人员之间保持良好的劳动关系。
Extra staff is an important part of labor relations in universities. The main forms include personnel agency, labor dispatch and other temporary employment. The diversified employment form makes the labor relations in universities more complicated, and puts forward higher requirements for the salary management of the extra staff in colleges and universities. On the basis of the motivation theory, this paper promotes and improves the good labor relations between the university and the staff by perfecting the rules and regulations of colleges and universities, establishing a reasonable salary system and optimizing the social security and welfare.
