摘要
支气管哮喘是由环境因素和基因因素相互影响的一种多基因遗传病,其具有明显的家族遗传倾向,因此有关哮喘遗传基因的研究成为热点。CHI3L1基因为近年来新发现的与哮喘相关的一种基因,其编码蛋白为YKL-40,二者参与哮喘发病机制。该文将对CHI3L1基因的结构、多态性及其编码蛋白与哮喘的关系作一综述。
        Bronchial asthma is a kind of polygenetic hereditary disease which is influenced by environmental factors and genetic factors.It has obvious familial genetic tendency,so the research on the genetic genes of asthma has become a hot spot.CHI3 L1 gene is a newly discovered gene related to asthma in recent years,and its encoding protein is YKL-40,both of them participate in the pathogenesis of asthma.This article reviews the structure,polymorphism of CHI3 L1 gene and the relationship between its coding protein and asthma.
