摘要
采油用油井缓蚀剂产品检测标准是Q/SH 1025 0389—2005《缓蚀剂技术条件》,其中分析了缓蚀率的实验过程中经常会出现钢片腐蚀失重值超出标准要求值的10%~40%,导致缓蚀率检测结果失准等情况。分析了影响缓蚀率检测结果的N80钢片、溶解氧、有机氯含量、实验水样等因素,通过改进水样处理方法、增加有机氯离子含量的检测项目等技术措施,优化了缓蚀率的检测方法,检测质量提高了26%。
        The testing standard of corrosion inhibitor products for oil wells is Q/SH 1025 0389—2005"Technical Conditions for Corrosion Inhibitors". In the test process of corrosion inhibition rate, the weight loss of steel sheet often exceeds 10%~40% of the standard value, which leads to the inaccuracy of corrosion inhibition rate test results. For this reason, the factors affecting the corrosion inhibition rate test results such as N80 steel sheet, dissolved oxygen, organic chlorine content and experimental water sample were analyzed. The detection method of corrosion inhibition rate was optimized by improving the water sample processing method and increasing the detection items of organic chloride ion content, which makes the detection quality improved by 26%.
