基于海绵城市建设的城市滨河绿道景观规划设计——以内江市小青龙滨河绿道为例

摘要
为推进海绵城市建设,应对城市雨洪问题,可充分运用海绵城市理念对城市滨河绿道进行雨洪管控。该文首先分析了城市滨河绿道在海绵城市建设中承担的作用,总结了我国城市滨河绿道建设的不足,然后提出了基于海绵城市建设的城市滨河绿道景观规划设计的基本模式,主张从源头控制、中途传输、末端调蓄三个阶段对城市滨河绿道进行集水、输水、汇水景观设计,实现从源头到末端的雨洪管控。并以内江市小青龙滨河绿道为例,探讨了在海绵城市建设理念下,如何更好地构建城市滨河绿道,以期为城市滨河绿道建设提供借鉴。
        To promote the construction of "sponge city"and deal with storm-water, we put forward an idea that storm-water management of urban riverside greenway can be achieved by making full use of the concept of "sponge city". First, we analyze the role of urban riverside greenway in the construction of "sponge city", generalize the problems of the construction of urban riverside greenway. Secondly, we put forward the landscape planning and design mode of urban riverside greenway based on sponge city construction, and advocate from source control, half-way transmission, end adjustment to construct the urban riverside greenway and design landscapes of catchment, water diversion and convergence, to achieve the storm-water management from the source to the end. Finally, taking the little dragon riverside greenway of Neijiang as an example, we discuss how to construct the urban riverside greenway better under the concept of "sponge city", so as to provide reference for the construction of urban riverside greenway.
