摘要
目的:评价青少年前牙树脂粘接桥修复的短期临床效果。方法:选取37例患者的52颗缺失前牙作为观察对象,根据缺失牙的原因(先天缺失、外伤和其他原因)将修复体分为3组。所有患者均采取纤维树脂复合材料ever Stick C&B粘接桥支架进行修复,并临床进行定期随访检查,评估修复和美学效果。结果:在临床随访的13~45个月,3例修复体脱粘和1例修复体脱落后丢失。修复体脱粘多由外伤碰撞引起;经重新粘接后,粘接桥保持正常功能。结论:树脂粘接桥修复青少年前牙缺失临床效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the methods of restoring the missing anterior teeth for adolescents with the fiber resin-bonded fixed partial dentures and evaluate the short-term clinical effect. Methods: Fifty-two missing anterior teeth of 37 patients were divided into three groups according to the missing reasons including congenitally missing,trauma and other reasons. A bonded bridge stent was then used for restoration,made of a kind of fiber-resin composite,named ever Stick C&B.The patients were followed up trimestral,and the function and aesthetics effects of the restorations were estimated. Results:During observation period that 13~45 months,it was found that one restoration was loss and three debonded,which were mainly caused by traumatic incidents. After recombined,the restorations worked well. Conclusion: As far as the observation is concerned,the fiber resin-bonded bridges are suitable prostheses for adolescents in the restoration of the missing anterior teeth.
